Zendaya is the Picture of Poise at the SAG Awards
The Screen Actors Guild Awards, otherwise known as the SAG awards, took place on February 26th. As with most awards ceremonies, there was a red carpet-event beforehand, and there was no shortage of stunning outfits.
One that particularly drew our eye was a look worn by Zendaya. Zendaya is a well-known actress and all-around performer. She has starred in Euphoria, the most recent Spider-Man movies, and The Greatest Showman, just to name a few.
Zendaya is well known for coming to carpets and stealing the show; this event was no exception.
The Look
Zendaya stepped out on the carpet wearing a Valentino gown that truly emanated the 'old Hollywood glam' feel. The gown was a pink, floor-length, strapless gown. The gown's bodice was tight-fitted and flared into a stunning train. The lower half of the dress was covered in breathtaking rosettes.
The fit and color of the dress suited Zendaya beautifully, and she was the picture of poise as she made her way down the carpet.
Hair, Makeup, and Accessories
Zendaya's hair was chin length and styled in a way that gave her voluminous hair with very loose curls. She sported a very natural look, emphasizing the eyes; her upper and lower lashes were exaggerated.
Her nails were painted in a dark shade, possibly dark purple or black, that beautifully contrasted her dress.
She finished off her look with Bulgari jewelry. She sported a chunky silver necklace, bracelet, and a beautiful silver ring.
Zendaya's shoes were not visible due to the length of her dress, but we can only imagine that they suited the look perfectly.
Our Thoughts
There's just something about this outfit - It radiates poise and glamor. Funnily enough, we would use those two words to describe Zendaya, so this look suits her. We really like how it all pulls together. The simple makeup, old Hollywood-esque hair, the jewelry, and the stunning gown all come together to make an unforgettable outfit.
